The following Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy (collectively “Terms”) govern the use of the services on visasrilanka.be [“Website”], website and content (collectively the “Service”) by you (“User”) . You agree to and accept the Terms by registering for or using the Service or any portion of it or/and when you tick the “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.” checkbox when submitting a visa application.

Therefore we strongly urge you (“User”) to thoroughly and completely read through all the Terms that are stated on this page.

The following Terms are applicable to all the Users when using our Service.

To use the Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, or at least eighteen (18) years of age but a minor where you live, you must have your parent or legal guardian accept your registration on your behalf and approve your use of the Service. Anyone completing the registration must be legally competent.

Obligations of the User when using the Service

  • The User will provide accurate and complete information (devoid of any errors or omissions) as mentioned in their passport and other documents when filling in the application form.
  • The User will refrain from entering any incorrect and/or unlawful information.
  • The User agrees to provide any additional information (in addition to the information required on the application form) required to process their ETA.

Refund Policy

All payments on the Website are strictly Non-refundable.

This is due to the strict no-refund policy of the Sri Lankan ETA visa issuing authority, the Department of Immigration & Emigration of Sri Lanka. We will not be able to offer a refund in case your application is rejected by the Sri Lankan Government Authorities. In case of rejected visa applications, you will have to visit and apply for a fresh Tourist/Business/Transit visa at your local Sri Lankan Embassy, which will be subjected to additional payments. In case if you have submitted an application carrying incorrect information, we will not be able to make any refunds and you will have to submit a new application and make a new payment. The only exception to the strict non-refund policy will only be made in case of errors from our side when submitting your information to the Sri Lankan Government Authorities. In such cases, the refund is limited to the amount that you paid us to use the service (or, in our discretion, to supplying you our service again). Liability for our Services

visasrilanka.be, will not be responsible for lost revenues, profits, or financial, data losses or indirect, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages.

visasrilanka.be will not be liable for any costs, damages, and expenses from any fault or cause whatsoever, and including but not limited to liability for changes in travel, travel interruption, or prevention or limitation of travel and resulting expenses and costs, whether such damages, expenses or costs be incidental, direct, consequential, special, exemplary, or otherwise, and including but not limited to loss of profits or income, in excess of the Sri Lanka Visa service fees paid by customer for visa processing, regardless of circumstances, whether or not visasrilanka.be had knowledge that such damages might be incurred and whether or not visasrilanka.be may be responsible for, a contributing cause.

visasrilanka.be will not be responsible in any respect or for any amount for delay or loss caused by events that we cannot or do not control, including but not limited to weather conditions, war, acts of God, acts of public enemies, civil commotions, strikes, or acts or omissions of public authorities (This includes the government website being down/unavailable).

visasrilanka.be is not responsible in any regard for the actions or inactions of the officials and personnel of the Government of Sri Lanka. visasrilanka.be is not and shall not be responsible for the actions and inactions of the Government of Sri Lanka. Processing time for the Tourist/Business/Transit visas and the Sri Lanka ETA Fee is quoted by visasrilanka.be as approximations, based on our experience with the websites of the Sri Lankan Government. visasrilanka.be is not and shall not be responsible for the processing times or any processing delays.

Visa requirements for Sri Lanka regarding the Sri Lankan ETA is established by the Government of Sri Lanka and is subject to change without notice. While visasrilanka.be strives to provide complete and current information, we cannot guarantee that the information supplied is the most complete and current. visasrilanka.be is not and shall not be responsible for such information. Furthermore, visasrilanka.be is not responsible for changes to the visa fee or for any delays or losses related to such changes.

Once a visa is processed, we have a strict no-refund policy. This is due to the strict no-refund policy practiced by the Government of Sri Lanka. There are no exceptions.

We strongly advise against purchasing non-refundable tickets or reservations before your Sri Lankan ETA visa is secured and in your possession.

* An ETA gives its holder the permission to travel to a country. However, the government of that country always reserves the right to stop the traveler from entering the country without stating a reason, even if he or she holds a valid ETA. In practice, this is a very rare occurrence.
